Fees

Cost: £65.00 per session. A session lasts for 1 hour.

Insurance companies and other organisations the fee is negotiated.

All charges are payable by bank transfer on the day of appointment.

If an initial telephone conversation (up to 30 minutes) is needed prior to booking an appointment to consider whether CBT may be a helpful therapeutic intervention, then this will be offered for free.

I have a limited number of reduced fee appointments depending on circumstances.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice,  half the session fees will still apply to cover costs.
